It has been a long time since my last post. I have tried to better my situation but for whatever reason 'it just aint happenin for me'. I took a side job preparing taxes and noticed that there really is 2 America's. There are people out there making 12 grand a year and getting an additional 50 to 25 percent of their income at tax time. Of course it seems that most of that money seems to get used for bling. Some people come in and they seem to just be in circumstances that they are trying to get out off and are in need of funds, no matter what the fees and interest are. I get the sense that they know that they are dealing with the devil and that this is only a tribulation that will let them appreciate whatever success they achieve at a later date. And then there are the fools. They see tax time as a time to collect their free money so they can go get their 'shoppin on'. These people do not want to wait 10 days and save $150+. They want their cash now. We are more than willing than to satisfy that need... for a small fee.
The argument of 'it's their life and they are adults' just seems as a rationalization for thievery. I am sure there are many drug dealers that use the same logic. There are days that I feel like I am operating a machine that feeds of either the ignorance or desperation of those that have the least to give. At the end of the day I just feel dirty
